Neurotoxins (Botox · Dysport · Xeomin · Jeuveau)

Tiny injections that gently relax specific facial muscles to soften lines from frowning, squinting, and forehead movement.

What to Expect

  • Quick visit — usually 10 to 20 minutes
  • Mild pinch with a very small needle; no downtime
  • Results begin in 3–7 days and look their best around day 14
  • Lasts about 3 to 4 months

Before Your Visit

  • Avoid blood thinners, fish oil, and alcohol for 24–48 hours if possible
  • Come with a clean face — no heavy makeup
  • Tell us about recent dental work, illness, or vaccines

Aftercare

  • Stay upright for 4 hours; no lying flat or face-down naps
  • No facials, massage, exercise, alcohol, or saunas for 24 hours
  • Use gentle facial expressions for an hour — no rubbing the area

  • Trouble swallowing, breathing, or new double vision

Hyaluronic Acid Dermal Fillers

Smooth gels made of a sugar your body already produces. Used to add volume, balance contours, and refresh lips, cheeks, jawline, chin, and under-eyes.

What to Expect

  • Numbing cream is applied first; the product itself contains lidocaine
  • A blunt cannula or fine needle is used depending on the area
  • Some swelling, tenderness, or bruising is normal for a few days
  • Most fillers last 6 to 18 months depending on type and area

Before Your Visit

  • Avoid blood thinners, fish oil, vitamin E, and alcohol 24–48 hours prior
  • Don't schedule within 2 weeks of a major event — allow swelling to settle
  • Tell us if you've had cold sores, dental work, or recent vaccines

Aftercare

  • Ice on and off for the first day; sleep slightly elevated
  • No exercise, alcohol, heat, or facials for 24–48 hours
  • Avoid dental work for 2 weeks when possible
  • Be gentle — no aggressive massage unless we instruct you

  • Skin turning white, blue, blotchy, or unusually painful
  • Any change in vision, severe headache, or eye pain

PRP / PRF & EZ-Gel

Treatments made from a small sample of your own blood. The healing factors are concentrated and reintroduced to refresh skin, brighten under-eyes, support hair growth, or gently restore volume (EZ-Gel).

What to Expect

  • A simple blood draw, then a short spin in our centrifuge
  • Numbing cream before tiny injections or microneedling channels
  • Mild swelling and pink skin for 1–3 days; under-eye puffiness up to a week
  • A series of 3 sessions about 4–6 weeks apart works best

Before Your Visit

  • Hydrate well the day before and morning of
  • Eat a normal meal beforehand to make the blood draw easier
  • Skip blood thinners and alcohol 24–48 hours prior if possible

Aftercare

  • Don't wash the treated area for 4–6 hours; no makeup for 24 hours
  • Skip retinoids and exfoliants for 5 days
  • Mineral SPF 50 daily — sun protection is essential

Sculptra (Poly-L-Lactic Acid)

A collagen-stimulating treatment that works gradually — gently rebuilding your own collagen for a softer, lifted, natural look over months.

What to Expect

  • Treatment series of 2–4 visits, spaced 4–6 weeks apart
  • Results build slowly over 3–6 months and last up to 2 years
  • Mild swelling and bruising are common for a few days
  • Massage is part of the treatment — we'll show you how

Before Your Visit

  • Avoid blood thinners and alcohol 24–48 hours before your visit
  • Hydrate well — Sculptra works best on well-hydrated skin
  • Tell us about any history of nodules or autoimmune conditions

Aftercare

  • Follow the "Rule of 5s": massage the area 5 minutes, 5 times a day, for 5 days
  • Ice on and off for the first 24 hours
  • Avoid heat, sauna, alcohol, and intense exercise for 48 hours
  • Daily SPF — sun slows collagen building

Biomicroneedling

What to Expect

  • Numbing cream applied for about 30 minutes
  • Mild redness and warmth like a sunburn for 12–24 hours
  • Light flaking days 3–5 as skin renews

Before Your Visit

  • Stop retinoids and exfoliating acids 5 days prior
  • No tanning or sunburn within 2 weeks of treatment
  • Tell us if you have a history of cold sores so we can prescribe prevention

Aftercare

  • No makeup for 12–24 hours
  • Gentle cleanser and bland moisturizer only for 5 days
  • Mineral SPF 50 starting day 2 — no direct sun or sweating for 48 hours
  • Avoid actives (retinoids, vitamin C, AHAs/BHAs) for 5 days

Microneedling with Radiofrequency (RF)

Combines tiny needles with gentle radiofrequency energy to firm, lift, and refine skin from within — excellent for laxity, scars, pores, and jawline definition.

What to Expect

  • Numbing cream applied for 30–45 minutes for comfort
  • Redness and mild swelling for 1–3 days
  • Possible tiny grid marks that fade within 24–72 hours
  • A series of 3 sessions, 4–6 weeks apart; collagen continues to remodel for 3–6 months

Before Your Visit

  • Stop retinoids and exfoliants 5 days prior
  • No active tan or sunburn for at least 2 weeks before
  • Tell us about any history of cold sores

Aftercare

  • Hydrocortisone 1% may be used briefly if redness feels intense
  • No makeup for 24 hours; no exercise or heat for 48 hours
